The project is an infrastructure, drainage and wastewater treatment project and concerns the management of the urban wastewater of the settlements of Agia Paraskevi Tsagarada, Agia Marina Kissos and the settlements of the Coastal Front (Ag. Ioannis, Papa Nero, Damouhari), of the Municipality of Zagora – Mouresi. Specifically it included:
- The construction of sewage networks in parts of Municipal Apartments of the Municipality of Zagora – Mouresi that will be developed
- in the historical center of Agia Paraskevi Tsagarada,
- in the historical center of Agia Marina Kissos
- in the residential complexes of the coastal front of the Municipality of Zagora – Mouresi, starting from Agios Ioannis, including Papa Nero and ending in Damouchari
- Sewage Transfer Projects to the Sewage Treatment Plant.
- The construction of three, small-scale, municipal wastewater treatment and disposal units.
These units will be developed in D.D. Tsagaradas, in D.D. Kissos and Agios Ioannis (D.D. Agios Dimitrios) respectively.
- The clean effluent Disposal Projects
Με βάση την Υ.Α. ΔΙΠΑ/οικ. 37674/2016 (ΦΕΚ 2471/Β`/10.8.2016) «Τροποποίηση και κωδικοποίηση της υπουργικής απόφασης 1958/2012 ‐ Κατάταξη δημοσίων και ιδιωτικών έργων και δραστηριοτήτων σε κατηγορίες και υποκατηγορίεςσύμφωνα με το άρθρο 1 παράγραφος 4 του Ν. 4014/21.9.2011 (ΦΕΚ 209/Α/2011) όπως αυτή έχει τροποποιηθεί καιισχύει», το έργο κατατάσσεται στην 4η ομάδα – Συστήματα περιβαλλοντικών υποδομών, α/α 20, Εγκαταστάσεις επεξεργασίας αστικών λυµάτων (πόλεων και οικισµών) µε διάθεση επεξεργασµένων υγρών στο έδαφος (π.χ. για εμπλουτισμό υπογείου υδροφορέα ή για άρδευση) ή για αστική – βιομηχανική χρήση) και ανήκει στην κατηγορία Α2 για πληθυσμό 300 ≤Π<100.000.
Συμπαρασύρονται µε την εγκατάσταση επεξεργασίας λυµάτων (ΕΕΛ):
- οι κεντρικοί αποχετευτικοί αγωγοί εκτός σχεδίου πόλεων και ορίων οικισµών.
- οι αγωγοί διάθεσης επεξεργασμένων λυµάτων.
Για τα εσωτερικά δίκτυα αποχέτευσης δεν απαιτείται περιβαλλοντική αδειοδότηση.
