The scope of the Final Flood Protection Studies and the construction of the Rainfall, Water Supply, Sewerage, Irrigation and Firefighting Networks of the Common Areas of the property, where the Thess INTEC Business Park is to be developed, includes the study of all required works for the implementation:

1. The Anti-Flood Protection Works of the property, including the works of the construction of the drainage ditches on the eastern and western borders of the area, the protection works of the northern (coastal) and southern facades and the shaping of the new relief
2. Of the Rainfall Network and Related Works and the Lake with a provision for its supply by recirculation with sea or brackish water.
3. The Water Supply Network and the Connection Projects with the Municipal Water Supply Network of Thermaikos Municipality, the Gray Water primary network and the required tanks.
4. The Sewerage Network and the Network Connection Projects of the Sewerage Company of Thessaloniki.
5. The Irrigation Network of the Common Areas of the Business Park (primary network) and the required tank(s).
6. Of the Fire Fighting Network of the Common Areas of the Business Park (primary fire fighting network).
